The Capital Markets Board announced in its published bulletin that a decision has been made to temporarily suspend the activities of three intermediary institutions. According to the statement, the activities of Alnus Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, and Pusula Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ have been suspended. It was reported that the transactions will take effect as of October 21, 2026, at 00:01.

As a result of the examination conducted regarding HSBC Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, the Board decided to impose an administrative fine of 354,803 liras and 96 kurushes on the grounds that sufficient research was not conducted in determining the statute of limitations for cash and assets, and that necessary professional care and diligence were not exercised. On the other hand, the CMB decided to remove Metas Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık AŞ from the List of Institutions Authorized for Real Estate Appraisal in the Capital Markets.

While the issue ceiling regarding the bond and financing bill issuance of Fiba Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ with a nominal amount of 1 billion liras was approved, it was envisaged that this issuance would be carried out through targeted sales to qualified investors. Additionally, the bulletin announced new principles regarding the refund of custody and receivables that have become time-barred and transferred to the Investor Compensation Center (YTM) and accounts held at Takasbank.
