Famous artist Cem Yılmaz came to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital for check-up purposes and underwent examinations following the heart attack he experienced on August 29.

Artist Cem Yılmaz visited the Nuclear Medicine Center of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital for a health check-up and underwent a Myocardial Perfusion Scintigraphy there.
Meeting with Doctors
Yılmaz, who suffered a heart attack on August 29 at his home in Paşaköy, a village in Çanakkale'ik's Ayvacık district, came together at the hospital with Prof. Dr. Ercan Akşit, who had previously performed his angiography.
Statement on Health Status
In his statement at the hospital, Yılmaz stated that his general condition was good, that he had completely quit smoking, and that he paid attention to following the rules set by physicians.
Evaluation of Test Results
Prof. Dr. Semra Usta, Dean of ÇOMÜ Faculty of Medicine and Head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine, stated that as a result of the two-stage test performed, it was determined that other vessels successfully nourish the heart.
