The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has launched the EVDS-MCP application to facilitate access to economic and financial market data via artificial intelligence tools. Serving as a continuation of the EVDS 3 platform implemented in January 2026, this new system expands access channels to data provided through the Electronic Data Distribution System to include artificial intelligence tools.
In the statement made by the bank, it was noted that the objective is to make data provided since 1993 accurate, timely, and easily accessible. Under the new service, it was emphasized that the CBRT's responsibility is limited to presenting the data in a manner compatible with artificial intelligence tools. It was announced that the institution is not responsible for the artificial intelligence tools chosen by users alongside EVDS-MCP nor for the outputs produced by these tools.
