CMB Withdrew Tera Yatırım's Applications
The Capital Markets Board withdrew three official applications from Tera Yatırım regarding borrowing and capital increase after examining current market conditions.
The Capital Markets Board announced that it has withdrawn three different applications made by Tera Yatırım—namely the issuance of debt instruments, capital increase through issued capital via private placement, and capital increase from internal resources—taking into account current conditions and uncertainties.
Review of Three Separate Applications
Within the scope of the decisions taken by the Capital Markets Board, Tera Yatırım's various requests in the financial markets were evaluated, and the Board officially notified that these applications have been withdrawn from processing.
Debt Instrument Issuance Request
The company's prior application for the issuance of debt instruments up to 19 billion liras, which envisioned sales to qualified investors domestically without a public offering, was withdrawn from processing by the Board.
Decision on Capital Increase via Private Placement
The request for a capital increase via private placement, planned to be carried out targeting Emre Tezmen by restricting the rights of existing shareholders and aiming for 50 billion liras in proceeds, was also not processed by the Board.
Request for Increase from Internal Resources
The company's application for a capital increase from internal resources, aiming to raise its capital to 28.7 billion liras to be met from the net period profit, was also among the files withdrawn.
