Date Set for the Second Meeting of the Fund Coordination Committee

Gathering under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, the Fund Coordination Committee completed its second meeting and addressed the payment schedule and legal regulation efforts.
Agenda of the Meeting
The Fund Coordination Committee convened under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz to hold its second meeting. During the meeting, the payment schedule and related processes were discussed in detail.
Net Investment Amount and Regulations
Studies regarding the method of calculating the net investment amount, to be determined within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's decisions dated 30.09.2026, were addressed. In addition, secondary regulations regarding fund accounts were evaluated.
Draft Capital Markets Law
Work was carried out on the draft law regarding amendments to the Capital Markets Law, and relevant instructions were conveyed to the participants to finalize the draft.
Refund Processes and Additional Measures
While emphasizing that no additional burden should be imposed on citizens, it was stated that special accounts were opened within the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) for troubled funds in order to refund unjust gains, and that the State Supervisory Council was assigned.
