Digital Transformation and Technology Competitions Held in Hoang Que

To promote science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, Hoang Que district proactively restructured its communication methods and organized competitions and emulation movements aimed at spreading digital skills. Various technological solutions were developed in the district in 2026, and participation in official competitions was ensured.

Hoang Que district adopted the "Learning - Practice - Competition - Implementation" integration to disseminate science, technology, and digital transformation, which it views as the driving forces of socio-economic development. In 2026, the district actively participated in the "Quang Ninh Digital Ambassador," "Quang Ninh Digital Citizen," and "A Thousand Good Deeds in Digital Transformation" competitions while also launching the first Hoang Que District Youth and Children Innovation Competition. During this process, in Phase 1 of the Quang Ninh Province Digital Citizen Online Competition, the ward ranked first in the province with a participation rate of 93.9% and 2,412 completed entries. In Phase 3, the "Digital Social Security System" solution won an Encouragement Award.

The region also supported the "Digital Literacy Movement," organizing training for officials and employees, establishing 11 community digital technology groups consisting of 77 members across 11 wards, and implementing the "Mentor-Student" model. In the upcoming period, the targets include applying artificial intelligence in education, improving the quality of public services, supporting the elderly in accessing technology, and digitizing culture and tourism.
