The Ministry of Health is establishing a comprehensive management and monitoring system by initiating a digital transformation in healthcare services within the framework of the National Health, Population and Development Target Program covering the 2026-2035 period.

This transformation, carried out through electronic medical records, family medicine models, and telemedicine platforms, aims to digitize healthcare services starting from the most basic level. In the first phase between 2026 and 2030, it is planned to implement digital tools such as the Municipal Health Station Platform and the Telemedicine Consultation Support Platform consistently across the country.

The National Health Information Center has been tasked with the development and operation of these platforms under the management of the Ministry of Health. People's Committees of provinces and cities have been assigned the responsibility of managing citizens' health records through these systems. The goal is for health data to be continuously updated throughout the local health management process, not just during hospital visits.
