Science, Technology, and Digital Transformation Drive Development in Tuyen Quang

Tuyen Quang province is encouraging the application of science and technology and digital transformation in production and business activities, helping businesses optimize resources and enhance the value of agricultural products.

As part of efforts to improve digital infrastructure, Tuyen Quang province has expanded telecommunications networks and fiber optic internet to remote regions and areas inhabited by ethnic minorities. Fiber optic internet infrastructure has been established in district and commune centers, while the information system for handling administrative procedures has been connected to 24 national and specialized databases with a data reuse rate of 96.71%.

In the first nine months of the year, five training courses were organized to support the application of technical procedures, science, and technology in agricultural, forestry, and fishery production, drawing over 300 participants. Across the province, 357 products from 232 enterprises received OCOP rating certificates of 3 stars and above, and safe production processes complying with VietGAP, GlobalGAP, or organic standards were implemented.

The Thuc Son cassava starch processing cooperative in Son Duong commune increased processing efficiency by approximately 5-7 times compared to the previous period, while the Shan Tuyet tea of the Son Tra Cooperative, which holds a 5-star national OCOP certificate, was supported with modern processing systems.
