Dikili Municipality opens new art center

Dikili Municipality has consolidated its work in 22 different fields ranging from sports to art into a single center. Benefited by 1,371 trainees, the new Art Center was designed as a living space where citizens can participate in artistic production.

22 distinct activity fields carried out within Dikili Municipality, such as folk dances, theater, ballet, ceramics, painting, and handicrafts, were brought together in the newly opened art center. By gathering the courses under a single roof, it is aimed that both instructors and trainees continue their work in more orderly and functional spaces.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dikili Mayor Adil Kırgöz stated that the center will be a common meeting point for art, culture, production, and solidarity. The center will serve as a living space encouraging citizens of all ages to participate in artistic activities.
