Dong Nai Province Department of Science and Technology Announces New Personnel Appointments
At a ceremony held by the Dong Nai Province Department of Science and Technology, Nguyen Van Vien was appointed as deputy director, alongside several other appointments to new positions.
The Ministry of Science and Technology and the Dong Nai Province Department of Science and Technology held an official ceremony to announce personnel appointment and rotation decisions. During the event, Nguyen Van Vien was appointed deputy director, while changes in positions were made for center managers and specialized departments.
Personnel Appointment Ceremony
The Ministry of Science and Technology held a comprehensive ceremony on the morning of October 12 to announce and present decisions regarding personnel matters.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Director in charge of the Ministry of Science and Technology, along with deputy directors and numerous unit managers.
Nguyen Van Vien's New Role
Mr. Nguyen Van Vien, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Hoa commune, has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, effective October 5.
Department Deputy Director Nguyen Minh Quang congratulated the newly appointed official and presented him with flowers.
Changes in Positions at Centers
During the ceremony, new appointment decisions were announced for the Science and Technology Center and other specialized departments.
Mr. Doan Hung Minh was appointed as Deputy Director in charge of the Science and Technology Center, while Mr. Dao Duc Thanh was appointed as Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Center.

Department leaders stated that personnel in sub-units have been reassigned in accordance with their job positions and professional capabilities.
Through these rotations and appointments, it is aimed to increase internal operational efficiency.
