Elon Musk Considers Merging Tesla and SpaceX

Elon Musk is considering bringing trillion-dollar tech giants Tesla and SpaceX together in a potential mega-merger. According to the evaluations, the merger of the two companies could contribute to the development of projects in chip, artificial intelligence, and rocket technologies.

Elon Musk approached the idea of merging Tesla and SpaceX favorably, stating that special committees have been established on this matter and a potential deal is being evaluated. However, there is no finalized agreement yet and the process is not certain.

Tesla is valued at approximately 1.5 trillion dollars, while SpaceX is valued at 2 trillion dollars. If it takes place, this deal will be the largest merger in history. On the other hand, for a potential deal to come to life, the support of half of Tesla's shareholders will be required.
