Halkbank Children's Theater Begins New Season Tour

Reaching over 31,000 children with two tours last winter and spring season, Halkbank Children's Theater has started its new season tour from Hakkari.
As part of the tour, which will continue until December 23, a total of 74 performances will be held in 37 provinces across the Eastern Anatolia, Black Sea, Central Anatolia, Mediterranean, and Aegean regions.
Goal of Reaching All of Turkey
With the completion of this comprehensive tour, Halkbank Children's Theater will have met with children in all 81 provinces of Turkey.
The initiative aims to bring children together with the art of theater and provide access to artistic activities at an early age.
Cast and Director
Directed by Hakkı Ergök, the play features Azra Akın in the role of a teacher guiding children on stage.
In the new season, the play's cast includes names such as Esra Gültekin, Cemal Gökdemir, and Emir Fatih Yay.

Halkbank General Manager Recep Süleyman Özdil stated that they consider investing in children, who are the guarantee of the future, as an important responsibility.
Noting that they attach importance to children acquiring an awareness of saving, the environment, and responsible consumption at an early age, Özdil pointed out that the play teaches how to use resources efficiently.
Theme and Content of the Play
Aimed at the 6 to 12 age group, the 35-minute interactive play is structured around the theme of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle."
Making children a direct part of the process with its music and dynamic plot, the performances conclude with young audience members being gifted a piggy bank.
