Indoor Sports Halls Being Built in the Courtyards of Two Schools in Çorum

Within the scope of the protocol signed between Çorum Municipality and the National Education Directorate, construction has begun on two indoor sports halls, each with a capacity of 250 people, in the courtyards of Sultan Abdülhamid Han Secondary School and Yunus Emre Secondary School.

Within the framework of the cooperation between Çorum Municipality and the National Education Directorate, the municipality, which previously brought a total of 15 synthetic fields—including 4 neighborhood fields and 11 school courtyards—to the city, has pressed the button for a new education and sports investment. Following the completion of the tender process, construction work on indoor sports halls was swiftly initiated by the contractor company in the courtyards of Sultan Abdülhamid Han Secondary School and Yunus Emre Secondary School.

Thanks to the sports halls, which are planned to be completed within a total of 360 days, it is aimed that students will conduct their physical education classes under more favorable conditions and increase their participation in sporting activities.
