With the regulatory amendment published in the Official Gazette dated October 15, 2026 and numbered 33401, the installment periods and amount limits for the devices in question were brought into alignment with the decisions of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).
In the statement made by the Ministry, it was emphasized that this regulation only covers the specified mobile phone categories. It was stated that there were no changes to the current installment conditions of other product groups.
