Iranian military officials announced they are making preparations against the possibility of a new war with the US and its allies, warning that if hostilities resume, they could target submarine internet cables, artificial intelligence data centers, and regional oil and gas facilities.

Iranian commanders reported that they have built up new weapons stockpiles to deter Washington from resuming hostilities following the clashes that began in February. Revolutionary Guard spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi stated that they have new targets and are preparing for a prolonged war. Meanwhile, residents in Tehran expressed anxious anticipation as they go about their daily lives fearing that renewed bombings could begin at any moment.

While White House advisors are evaluating options regarding Iran, it was reported that the US military has developed new plans that could target energy and nuclear facilities in the event of a potential conflict. The Iranian military stated that these announcements are intended as psychological pressure. Experts drew attention to the risk that Tehran's deterrence-oriented statements might be perceived as provocation by Washington.

During the initial clashes in February, numerous people, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, had lost their lives. Iran had responded by closing the Strait of Hormuz and launching missiles at neighboring countries. United Arab Emirates (UAE) officials announced that they are better prepared to protect national security against a potential new attack.
