Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation discussed the economic agenda in Ankara
The management of the Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry met with TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in Ankara to discuss the city's economic challenges and the potential for border trade.
Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman of the Board Kadir Bozan, Assembly President Zülküf Kop, and the accompanying delegation held talks with President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Headquarters.
During the meeting, the current issues of the Kars business world and the status of trade and industrial activities were discussed in detail. The delegation conveyed the expectations of the chamber members and the city's economic opportunities to the TOBB management, focusing on solution proposals.
The meeting particularly highlighted the development of border trade, increasing production and export capacity, and improving investment conditions. Additionally, projects aimed at strengthening Kars' commercial infrastructure and processes for supporting entrepreneurs were evaluated.
