Mehmet Yalçınkaya, Somer Sivrioğlu, Rafet İnce, and Sahrap Soysal will be among the well-known names of Turkish cuisine at the four-day grand gathering.
Additionally, leading chefs of the industry such as Memet Özer, Hazer Amani, Eyüp Kemal Sevinç, and Cüneyt Asan will also participate in the organization.
