Over 1,000 unmanned aerial vehicle attacks carried out by Ukraine on Russian territory caused major fires at the Saint Petersburg oil export terminal and the Ruchi oil depot.

In Sunday's attacks by Ukraine, which ranked among the largest aerial bombardments, the Petersburg Oil Terminal and the Ruchi oil depot in Saint Petersburg were targeted. Local official Alexander Beglov reported that one person lost their life and five others were injured as a result of the attacks. Additionally, it was confirmed by the companies that a logistics center belonging to Russian retailer Ozon and a data center belonging to local tech giant VK were also targeted.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a total of 1,015 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over 15 Russian regions, as well as annexed Crimea and the Black Sea. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Ukraine is resisting the invasion but cannot change the course of current events. Meanwhile, in two attacks carried out by Russia on the city of Zaporizhzhia in southern Ukraine, a woman lost her life, and at least two people, including a 6-year-old girl, were injured. Regional Military Administration Head Mykhailo Semikin reported that two apartment buildings, 18 vehicles, and an educational institution were damaged.

Following US President Donald Trump's announcement that an agreement had been reached on an "energy ceasefire" in the 4.5-year war, the parties continued their mutual moves. Ukraine had confirmed on Thursday that it was resuming attacks on Russian oil facilities after attacks on energy infrastructure continued. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted by stating that Russia continues to target energy infrastructure despite Trump's calls.
