On Tuesday, November 10, Ziraat Bankkart will face On Hotels Alanya Belediyespor, and Spor Toto will face AKEDAŞ Onikişubat Belediyespor at TVF Ziraat Bankkart. On Wednesday, November 11, Halkbank and Fenerbahçe Medicana will play at TVF Ziraat Bankkart, while Galatasaray Madeş Mobilya and Gebze Belediyespor will face each other at TVF Burhan Felek Vestel. In the Men's Final Four, the winners of these pairings will become semi-final opponents.

Quarter-final matches in the women's category will be played on November 12-19. On Thursday, November 12, VakıfBank will face Nilüfer Belediyespor Eker at the VakıfBank Sports Palace.
