Members went to the ballot boxes to determine the administrations of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), with presidential and council board elections awaited on November 4.

The election calendar was implemented to determine the new period's council members in Istanbul's two major professional organizations, the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO). In the process where teams to serve for four years will be determined, preparations have been completed for the management and presidential elections to be held on Wednesday, November 4.

Industrialists in ISO went to the ballot boxes at the Haliç Congress Center on October 26. As a result of the elections held, 367 committee members and 155 council members across 57 professional committees were elected. Current President Erdal Bahçıvan had previously announced that he would not run for the presidency, and subsequently announced that he would run for the ISO council presidency in the November 4 elections after meeting with the newly elected council members. In the board of directors presidency race, Adnan Dalgakıran stated that he would enter the election with over 100 council members, while the process is expected to take shape between Ender Yılmaz and Adnan Dalgakıran.

In ITO, votes were cast on October 27 to determine 620 professional committee members and 270 council members representing more than 800,000 companies. Şekib Avdagiç, who has been serving as the ITO President since 2018, announced that they won the majority with 229 members in the 270-member ITO Council. The new chairman of the board of directors, board of directors, disciplinary board, TOBB delegates, council president, and council presidential divan in ITO will be finalized with the elections to be held at Odakule on November 4.
