Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's Digital Twin Vision at the Berlin Summit
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated at the Invest in Germany Summit in Berlin that in the future, companies will have two factories: one real and one digital.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang met with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at the Invest in Germany Summit held in Germany's capital, Berlin. Speaking at the event held at Kraftwerk Berlin, Huang shared a futuristic manufacturing vision in which companies will have both physical and digital twin factories in the future.
In his speech at the event, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated that every company will have two factories in the future. Arguing that one of these will be real and the other a digital twin factory so realistic it will be indistinguishable, Huang suggested that the majority of workers in Germany will work within the digital twins of their companies, building digital cars and AI-based brains.
This digital factory concept, which reportedly references Nvidia's Agent Toolkit component called Omniverse, offers simulation environments for testing robotic workplaces. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who was present at the event, expressed that he was impressed by Nvidia's work in the country.
