Octave Built Secure AI Infrastructure on Amazon Bedrock

Octave Reliance built a secure and multi-tenant AI infrastructure on Amazon Bedrock using Cohere Embed v4 and Amazon OpenSearch Service for quality management processes in regulated industries. This system integrates over 2 billion documents while maintaining strict tenant isolation and regulatory compliance.

Octave Reliance serves more than 14,000 customers across 180 countries in fields such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food manufacturing, supporting over 650 enterprise customers through more than 40 applications. Thanks to this new AI foundation developed to streamline the document collection process from multiple systems, the company reduced the deployment time for each use case by 50 percent.

The developed three-tier architecture integrates Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch Service for per-tenant vector stores, and Amazon OpenSearch Service and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore components for isolated session management and security boundaries.
