October 26 is the Deadline for Intra-Province Reassignment Applications for Healthcare Personnel

The voluntary intra-province reassignment process for the November 2026 period, carried out by provincial health directorates under the Ministry of Health, has begun. Duty location changes for healthcare personnel covered under Article 4/A of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 will be carried out through applications received via the Integrated Corporate Action Platform (EKİP).

Application Schedule and Process Steps

While intra-province transfer applications began as of October 20, candidates must complete their choices via ekip.saglik.gov.tr by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 18:00. Applications submitted via DYS or physical petitions will not be processed. Up to 10 positions can be selected during the process, and unfinalized applications will not be evaluated.

Personnel wishing to cancel their application can perform the procedure via EKİP between October 27 and November 12 at 18:00. Application evaluation results will be announced on November 9, and following the appeal process on November 9-10, final placement results will be announced on November 16.

Working Conditions and Application Scope

In order to apply, a minimum of one year of actual service at the current health facility as of the deadline is required. Those with ongoing compulsory state service obligations, probationary civil servants, and contracted personnel will not be able to benefit from the process. For those transferred to permanent posts under Law No. 7433 or Article 45/A, a total of four years of actual service time requirement will be considered.

Personnel on unpaid leave as well as contracted family physicians also have the right to apply. Post-appointment procedures and departures of placed candidates will be conducted within specific rules; those appointed will not be able to request intra-province transfer again for one year.
