The role of science and education in Turkey's development process was discussed at the event held at Kırklareli University. Governor Uğur Turan and Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak drew attention to the importance of carrying the achievements of the Republic into the future through science, technology, and education.
Governor Uğur Turan stated that the centuries-old accumulation of the Ottoman Empire was carried into the future with new institutions and targets alongside the Republic. Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak expressed that the Republic opened the doors to a new era in the fields of education and science. Within the scope of the program, Faculty of Arts and Sciences History Department Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamelya Tekne and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kübra Fettahoğlu also delivered speeches.
