Soil Products Office announces 2026 paddy purchase prices
As the new season paddy base prices awaited by producers have become clear, the purchase calendar and payment details were also shared.
The Soil Products Office determined and shared the 2026 paddy purchase prices with the public, announcing the application and delivery dates for producers.
Paddy Production Expectation
According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute, paddy production this year is expected to increase by 7.7 percent compared to last year, reaching 1 million 75 thousand tons.
Purchase Prices by Group
According to the figures announced by TMO, the purchase price per ton for 55 yield Baldo group paddy was determined as 45 thousand TL, 58 yield Cammeo group as 43 thousand TL, and Toros group as 41 thousand TL. In addition, 60 yield Osmancık group paddy will be traded at 38 thousand TL, Ronaldo group at 35 thousand TL, and other long varieties at 32 thousand TL.
Appointment and Purchase Process
In order to prevent producers from waiting for a long time at purchase points, an appointment system will be applied, and applications will be made via the internet or e-Government. Physical purchases will begin on October 15.
Payments and Additional Supports
Paddy prices will be deposited into the bank accounts of producers within 21 days following product delivery. In addition, basic support and certified seed use support will be provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
