New Arrangements in the Defense Line
Head coach Okan Buruk plans to give starting roles to Davinson Sanchez and Abdülkerim Bardakcı in the central defense. On the left back, he is preparing to bench Jakobs and field Eren Elmalı instead.
Moving Barış Alper from the right-back position to his usual left-winger role, the experienced manager aims to give Roland Sallai a chance at right back.
Mandatory Change in Midfield
Lucas Torreira, who received a red card in the Kasımpaşa match, will not be able to play in the Gençlerbirliği encounter due to his suspension.
In the absence of the Uruguayan footballer, Mario Lemina is expected to take duty in the center, with Gabriel Sara alongside him and Batrakov playing ahead of them.
