TİGEM Organizes Wheat, Barley, and Citrus Sales Tender Worth 252 Million Liras

Agricultural Enterprises General Directorate (TİGEM) affiliated Altınova and Boztepe agricultural enterprise directorates are offering wheat, barley, and citrus products in lots via public auction in accordance with announcements published in the Official Gazette.

In the tender to be held by the TİGEM Altınova Agricultural Enterprise Directorate, a total of 13,000 tons of wheat—consisting of 6,500 tons of Bayraktar-2000 and 6,500 tons of Kızıltan-91 varieties from the 2026 production year—along with 1,500 tons of Tarım-92 variety barley will be put up for sale. The estimated value was determined as 117 million liras for the Bayraktar-2000 wheat, 113.75 million liras for the Kızıltan-91, and 21.3 million liras for the Tarım-92 barley. In this context, the total estimated value of the wheat and barley tender stands at the level of 252 million 50 thousand liras.

The aforementioned wheat and barley tender will be held on November 11 at 13:30 at the Konya Commodity Exchange. The specification regarding the tender can be examined from TİGEM's official website or the Altınova Agricultural Enterprise Directorate.

On the other hand, the TİGEM Boztepe Agricultural Enterprise Directorate will also offer a total of 1,702.6 tons of citrus—consisting of 790.1 tons of Washington oranges, 256.5 tons of Fremont mandarins, and 674 tons of black lemons from the 2026 crop—in 8 lots via auction. While the estimated value determined for the citrus tender was announced as 16 million 436 thousand 500 liras, the tender will take place on November 10 at 14:00 at the relevant enterprise.
