The 2026 World's Best Employers list, prepared by Forbes and Statista with the views of over 300,000 employees, has been announced, with 5 companies from Turkey achieving this success.
Scope of the Research
The World's Best Employers 2026 list, prepared in partnership with Forbes and Statista, was compiled with the participation of over three hundred thousand employees from more than fifty countries.
During the evaluation process, feedback from employees regarding their own employers and the performance of companies in the field of employee experience were taken as the core criteria.
Companies from Turkey
As a result of the evaluations, a total of nine hundred companies from around the world managed to make the list, while a total of five Turkey-based companies demonstrated this success.
Sabancı Holding's Rise
Among the companies entering the list from Turkey, Sabancı Holding stood out by climbing twenty-eight steps to secure the twenty-third position globally.
Ranking fifty-first last year, the holding thus etched its name among the top twenty-five best employers in the world.
