September Birth Assistance Payments Transferred to Mothers' Accounts

Minister Göktaş announced that the September birth assistance payments have been deposited into mothers' accounts, stating that a total of 1,355,110 children have benefited from this support to date.

Distribution of Birth Assistance Payments

It was announced that a total of 1,355,110 children have benefited from birth assistance to date, with regular monthly payments made for 788,573 second, third, and subsequent children.

It was noted that among the children benefiting from the assistance, 566,537 were first children, 413,806 were second children, and 374,767 were third and subsequent children.

Current Support Amounts and Statistics

While it was conveyed that 31,493 eligible individuals have twins or higher multiples, it was reminded that the birth assistance amount was updated within the scope of the 2025 Family Year.

It was stated that as of January 1, 2025, a one-time support of 5,000 liras is provided for the first child born, a monthly support of 1,500 liras for the second child, and a monthly support of 5,000 liras for the third and subsequent children.

Ministry Statements and Total Payments

Minister Göktaş announced that the September payments have been deposited into mothers' accounts as of today.

It was emphasized that a total payment of 27.6 billion liras has been made to the accounts of a total of 1,320,760 mothers who have benefited from the birth assistance to date.

Application and Payment Process Details

It was stated that applications for birth assistance are received via e-Government and the First Teacher My Family mobile application.

The information was shared that the payments are made through Halkbank and will continue uninterrupted until the children complete the age of 5.
