Agreement Reached Between Turkey and the UK for 12 C-130J Aircraft
An official agreement has been reached with the UK for new military transport aircraft that will strengthen the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces.
An official agreement has been signed between Turkey and the UK covering the procurement of 12 C-130J Super Hercules military transport aircraft to be added to the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces.
Aircraft Procurement Process
Within the framework of the new defense agreement concluded between Turkey and the UK, 12 C-130J Super Hercules military transport aircraft will be brought into the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces.
Delivery Schedule and Training
In line with the planning made, the first two aircraft are targeted to be included in the Turkish Armed Forces inventory in December. Simultaneously with this process, training activities for Turkish personnel in the US and the UK have also officially begun.
