The $16.5 million Series A funding round conducted by GenHealth.ai was led by Flare Capital Partners. This round included existing investors Craft Ventures and Obvious Ventures, alongside new investors Eniac Ventures, InHealth Ventures, Epsilon Health Investors, and ARTIS.
Functions of AI Agents
Founded in 2023, GenHealth.ai's agents complete revenue cycle workflows end-to-end across electronic health records and payer portals. These systems can manage admissions, eligibility, prior authorizations, billing, and denials.
Growth and Future Goals
GenHealth.ai executives state that their revenue has quadrupled over the past six months. The company's AI agents aim to process more than 75 million transactions within client systems over the next year and have raised a total of $30 million in funding to date.
