Artificial Intelligence Training and Micro-Certificate Era for Public Personnel
Artificial intelligence training will be provided to public employees, their success levels will be tracked, and new services will be offered via e-Government.
Comprehensive artificial intelligence training is being launched to ensure that personnel in public institutions adapt to digital transformation. Successful employees will be awarded level-based micro-certificates, and AI-supported services will be implemented on the e-Government gateway.
Training Process and Success Tracking
In the artificial intelligence training to be provided to public personnel, not only the completion of the process by the participants, but also their success levels will be monitored regularly.
As a result of the measurements and evaluations to be made after the training, level-based micro-certificates demonstrating the core competencies acquired by the personnel will be presented.
Corporate Governance and High-Level Appointments
Digital transformation studies to be carried out in public institutions will cover the stages of determining use cases, testing in the field, and scaling projects.
The process will be carried out with a holistic approach within the framework of the scan-pilot-scale cycle, and high-level managers responsible for this field will be appointed in each institution.
Artificial Intelligence Support on e-Government
Within the framework of the executed plan, at least two pilot waves will be implemented within the first year, and projects will be launched in numerous ministries.
In order for citizens to directly experience AI-supported public services, e-Government has been designated as the priority transformation area, and at least 5 services will be offered.
