It was emphasized that in order to cope with these risks, organizations must calibrate autonomy according to risk levels rather than capabilities.

Furthermore, it was stated that autonomy limits must be secured directly through design rather than written policies.

It was stated that a specific human must be designated as responsible for each decision before systems are deployed.

Instead of focusing solely on the agent, it was urged to manage the entire sociotechnical system and build a strong culture of accountability in the workforce.
