How the App Works
Superpose allows users to take a selfie or photograph a friend, utilizing artificial intelligence to generate four different potential pose suggestions.
Origin Story
The idea for the app stems from a personal problem experienced by co-founder Melody Chu, whose husband struggled to take good photos of her.
Usage Data and Pricing
Launched in July, the app has been downloaded more than 22,000 times and users have generated over 190,000 poses. In addition to five free daily credits, additional packages are available.
Investment and Funding Process
The startup has raised a total of $2.2 million in funding from companies such as Khosla Ventures, Meitu, and OVTR Ventures.
