The Board requested that not every content be accepted as news and that not every news site be viewed as a reliable journalism medium.
Artificial Intelligence and Pages Without Imprints
It was pointed out that the alteration of news, photographs, and videos using artificial intelligence and digital technologies significantly increases the risk of information pollution.
It was stated that certain pages giving the impression of conducting journalism activities operate without imprints, contrary to legal regulations.
Call for Source Questioning and Verification
It was stated that users should meticulously question the source of the news, by whom, and for what purpose it was produced before trusting any content.
Calls to refrain from sharing content without verifying it from different and reliable sources were reiterated.
