Paris-based Mistral AI has completed its Series D funding round three years after its founding. The round was led by memory chip giant Samsung, with participation from the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund and PSG Equity, known for its existing investments.
Valuation and Infrastructure Investments
Following its 1.7 billion euro Series C round led by Dutch chipmaker ASML, the company had reached a valuation of 11.7 billion euros in 2025. With this latest funding round, Mistral AI has nearly doubled its valuation within a year.
