Nvidia and MediaTek have announced a significant expansion of their strategic partnership, covering artificial intelligence and automotive technologies.

Multibillion-Dollar Strategic Investment

Nvidia announced that it has made a massive investment totaling $3.5 billion in convertible bonds issued by MediaTek.

NVLink Fusion Integration

Within the framework of the agreement, MediaTek will adopt Nvidia's NVLink Fusion platform for custom AI accelerators, local AI systems, and automotive platforms.

Expanding Areas of Collaboration

The partnership envisions the use of the NVLink Fusion chipset, NVLink-C2C, and Nvidia NVHBM technologies.

The companies also plan to work together on multiple generations of RTX Spark and DGX Spark processors.

Automotive Technologies

The two companies are continuing their multi-generational collaboration in the automotive field by integrating MediaTek's Dimensity Auto platforms with Nvidia artificial intelligence technologies.
