Innovation Potential

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang, Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Digital Transformation under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that the country possesses great potential regarding innovation. According to the Global Innovation Index, the country ranks 44th out of 139 nations in terms of innovation.

The Scope of Vocational Training

While it was expressed that there is still great potential in developing the creative capacity of employees, it was emphasized that vocational training must include information technology, artificial intelligence, data, and technologies supporting smart manufacturing.

In the statement, it was indicated that Japan's Kosen educational model can be taken as an example, drawing attention to the critical importance of the three-way connection model between the state, schools, and businesses.
