16th Art Festival Begins in Historical Phaselis Ancient City
Organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the 16th Phaselis Festival will meet art lovers free of charge in the ancient city between September 21-26.
Realized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the organization of the Kemer Region Promotion Foundation, the 16th Phaselis Festival will be held ticketless and open to the public in the 2,700-year-old Phaselis Ancient City between September 21-26.
Start Date and Location of the Festival
The 2,700-year-old Phaselis Ancient City, one of Antalya's most visited archaeological sites bringing together sea, nature, and history, is preparing to host an important art organization this year as well.
Rich Repertoire at the Opening Concert
On the evening of Monday, September 21, the festival will greet art lovers with a broad program ranging from opera arias to tango, and from Neapolitan songs to folk songs.
Unforgettable Works from Master Names
On the evening of Wednesday, September 23, the second day of the festival, works by three giant singers from past years will be interpreted by Altuğ Dilmaç, accompanied by the narration of Teyfik Rodos.
Sezen Aksu Songs Will Be Performed
Within the scope of the program, a concert titled 'A Night with Sezen' to be held on Friday, September 25 will be performed by Gökçe Eyüpgiller, and the artist will be accompanied on the piano by Metin Kiper.
Encounter of East and West at the Closing
The closing concert of the festival will be held on the evening of Saturday, September 26 under the title 'From Bach to Turkish Music', with Dilek Türkan and Çellistanbul taking the stage.

KETAV President Volkan Yorulmaz conveyed his thanks to all institutions and sponsors supporting the organization, which is held completely open to the public without ticket sales.
