33rd International Muğla Culture and Art Festival Continues on Its Second Day

Events of the Second Day of the Festival
Organized by the Menteşe Municipality, the 33rd International Muğla Culture and Art Festival continued on its second day with various art workshops and exhibitions.
Glassblowing Art and Workshop Activities
While the works of glassblowing artist Nasuf Cömert were exhibited at the Yaraşlılar Cultural House, the artist held a workshop sharing the production process with visitors.
The artist presented his works such as miniature ballerinas, tear bottles, candlesticks, and çeşm-i bülbül to the appreciation of the audience by blowing into the heated glass.
Painting and Sculpture Exhibitions
The Bodrum City Council Artists' Autumn Meeting Painting and Sculpture Exhibition met with visitors at the Yaraşlılar Cultural House.
Women Efes Exhibition
Painter Mustafa Ali Kasap's Women Efes painting exhibition at the Konakaltı İskender Alper Cultural Center drew the attention of art lovers.
The struggle of the National Struggle's female heroes such as Çete Ayşe, Gördesli Makbule, Kara Fatma, and Anatolian women came to life once again in the works.
Participation of the Mayor
Mayor Gonca Köksal Aras visited the exhibitions, came together with the artists, and painted at the canvas during the workshop at the Women Efes exhibition.
Upcoming Events and Visitation Period
Mayor Köksal Aras emphasized that culture and art are everyone's right and announced that the festival will continue with theater performances, talks, concerts, and a highland melon competition.
The exhibitions at the Yaraşlılar Cultural House and Konakaltı İskender Alper Cultural Center can be visited for two weeks.
