Ankara Culture Road Festival hosted art lovers on its third day
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the festival continues at various points in the capital with concerts, exhibitions, workshops, and children's events.
The Ankara Culture Road Festival, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, continued across the capital on its third day with a rich program.
Music and Concert Events
Anatolian folk melodies and different interpretations of Turkish music were presented to music lovers at various venues in the capital. The duo Zelişah and Mustafa met the audience by reinterpreting folk melodies belonging to different regions of Anatolia. Meanwhile, the MSB Armoni Mızıkası Command gave a magnificent concert at CSO Ada Ankara on the twentieth anniversary of its establishment. In addition, master artist Aytaç Doğan took the stage with his Quartet project at the CSO Ada Ankara Ziraat Bankası Main Hall, providing the audience with a musical feast.
Meeting of Technology and Art
Original works bringing technology and art together attracted great interest as part of the festival. The ASELSAN Advanced Evolving Future Vision exhibition brought technology and art together on the same ground. The institution's retired electronic and industrial wastes were transformed into works of art by skilled hands and presented for visitors to examine.
History and Culture Exhibitions
Ankara's historical and cultural venues hosted distinct and meaningful exhibitions. The Ottoman Sacred Relics Exhibition and the Living Heritage Ankara exhibition opened their doors within the body of the Ankara Ethnography Museum. In addition, the exhibition titled Ankara Through the Eyes of Capital Children met with art lovers at the Ankara State Fine Arts Gallery.
Special Programs for Children
Special events were organized within the festival program to introduce young visitors to cultural heritage. The Art Ambassadors project, which brings children between the ages of nine and twelve together with art and cultural heritage, was successfully carried out. Furthermore, the Children's Village, established within the Capital Nation Garden Children's Event Area, hosted its young visitors throughout the day, providing entertaining moments.
