Aim and Scope of the Grant Support

A total of 890,000 euros in grants will be distributed to pave the way for the development of art and culture-focused cooperation networks between Turkey and European cities.

The program will provide resources for projects aiming to redesign cultural policies, support production, and establish fair collaborations.

Partnership and Application Conditions

While culture and arts institutions from Turkey can be applicants in the call, institutions from EU countries and certain partner countries will be able to participate as project partners.

Projects will be developed within a four-institution cooperation structure with the participating contribution of one municipality each from Turkey and the participating countries.

Budget and Schedule Information

Within the scope of the call, which encourages cross-border learning and sustainable collaborations, projects with budgets ranging from 60,000 euros to 120,000 euros will be supported.

While the deadline for project proposals has been set as December 18, 2026, online meetings will be organized to provide information about the process.
