The Financial Crimes Investigation Board has transmitted analysis reports regarding the fund investigation to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of examinations conducted in the capital market.

MASAK Examinations in Capital Markets

The Financial Crimes Investigation Board continues its efforts to protect the security of the financial system within the scope of recent judicial and administrative examinations conducted in the capital market.

Examinations of Executives and Financial Movements

The financial movements of a total of 117 executives working at Pusula Finans, Tera Yatırım, Hedef Holding, and Bulls Yatırım, along with their affiliates, were examined in detail.

Following these detailed examinations, two separate analysis reports were officially sent to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Asset Evasion Suspicion Report

It was determined that there were suspicions regarding the evasion of assets concerning one of the individuals in question.

An additional analysis report prepared as a result of a separate and comprehensive study conducted upon this suspicion was also submitted to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Shareholders in Periods Outside TEFAS

Information regarding shareholders during the periods when the investment funds under examination were not traded through TEFAS was transferred to the relevant authorities.

Detailed analyses regarding these individuals' entry and exit transactions concerning the funds and the gains they obtained are ongoing.

Tightened Monitoring and Controls

The assets and monetary movements of individuals are closely monitored at banks, intermediary institutions, and crypto asset providers.

Strict controls are being applied to unusual movements such as fund transfers abroad and high-amount cash transactions.

Suspended Transactions and Notifications

As a result of the intensified monitoring efforts, transaction attempts amounting to approximately 2.5 billion liras were halted as of September 21, 2026.

These suspended suspicious transactions were also reported to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for necessary legal actions.
