Comprehensive Renovation Process Begins
The Armutalan Cultural Center, located in Muğla's Marmaris district, has been put into a comprehensive renovation process by the Marmaris Municipality after a 12-year hiatus. With these works, the physical infrastructure of the center is being modernized.
The Cultural Center from Past to Present
Opened in 2014, the center has hosted numerous events such as concerts, theater performances, and exhibitions over the past 12 years. It has also served citizens as a wedding venue.
New Wedding Hall Being Arranged
The wedding hall located on the ground floor of the cultural center is being renovated to transform into a modern and comfortable structure with a capacity of 150 people. Thus, a more contemporary environment is provided for couples' ceremonies.
Roof and Physical Infrastructure Improvements
Roof insulation is being carried out by Marmaris Municipality teams in order to improve the physical conditions of the building. These works aim to make the building healthier and more durable.
Tarık Akan Stage is Being Renovated
The floor coverings of the Tarık Akan Stage, which hosts culture and art events, are being cleaned; lamps, lighting, and accessories that have worn out over time are being renewed, strengthening the technical infrastructure.
