Atatürk Library Brings Society Together Through Culture, Art, and Excursions
Going beyond traditional librarianship, the Atatürk Library brings citizens together through talks, exhibitions, cultural excursions, and social responsibility projects.
Operating under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Pınar, the Atatürk Library contributes to the quality of life in society through projects in culture, art, history, and social solidarity, in addition to spreading the habit of reading books.
Culture and Art Gatherings
In addition to its librarianship activities, the Atatürk Library draws attention with its work in the fields of culture, art, history, tourism, and social solidarity. Through projects carried out under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Pınar, it aims to spread the habit of reading books.
Talks, book signing events, poetry events, exhibitions, and book gatherings organized within the library bring book lovers and art enthusiasts together, ensuring that cultural values are passed down to future generations.
History and Culture Excursions with Gezgin_32 Tour
Through excursions organized under the name Gezgin_32 Tour, the historical, cultural, and natural beauties in different regions of Turkey are opened up to visitors by the Atatürk Library.
During these excursions, historical structures, museums, ancient cities, national parks, and waterfalls are visited while participants are provided with detailed information about the historical and cultural characteristics of the regions they visit.
Social Life Projects for Retirees
The library places great importance on cultural and social projects aimed specifically at enabling retirees to take an active role in social life.
Thanks to the organized excursions, it is aimed for retirees to see new places, meet new people, expand their social circles, and participate in cultural events.
Social Solidarity and Children's Projects
Not limiting its activities to culture and art, the institution carries out book and educational support for village schools as well as various initiatives for children.
Within the scope of social solidarity efforts such as "Let Not Our Children Freeze," volunteers come together to provide support to children in need and strengthen social solidarity.
