CSO Ada Ankara 2026-2027 Art Season Begins in September
CSO Ada Ankara is preparing to offer a very extensive art program in the new season, which will open in September and run until June 2027.
Hosting the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, CSO Ada Ankara is opening its 2026-2027 art season in September with a rich event calendar ranging from classical music to theater, and from jazz to traditional Turkish music.
New Season Program and Scope
In the new season, starting in September 2026 and running until June 2027, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, along with Turkey's established institutions, will bring together national and international artists under one roof.
September International Concerts
In the first days of September, the Korean Symphony Orchestra will take the stage in Ankara, while the Brandenburg State Youth Choir and the State Polyphonic Choir will perform a joint program.
Cultural Route Festival Events
In the second half of September, as part of the Ankara Cultural Route Festival, major international names such as Emma Shapplin, the National Arab Orchestra, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will be hosted in the capital.
Theater and Special Commemoration Programs
Throughout the season, State Theaters productions from different regions of Turkey will meet with theater lovers, while commemoration events for Leyla Gencer and Suna Kan will be held in October.
2027 Projects and Closing
In the first months of 2027, there will be melodies of the Turkic world, special Ramadan programs, and concerts themed around Çanakkale and Âşık Veysel in March, while closing programs will be held in June.
