Operating within the Historic Yenişehir Open-Air Cinema in Karabük, the Culture and Art Cafe contributes to the social life of a wide demographic, ranging from children to youth and families. Run by the Karabük Municipality, the facility brings different age groups together.

Located inside the cafe, the free library is open to citizens of all ages with book options appealing to different age and interest groups. Students can also benefit completely free of charge from the library's study areas and quiet environment.

Karabük Mayor Özkan Çetinkaya emphasized that with the reopening of the Yenişehir Open-Air Cinema, the Culture and Art Cafe has become an important meeting point. It was stated that the project was designed as a venue that citizens of all ages can benefit from.
Revival of the Historic Venue
Holding a significant place in the city's memory, the Yenişehir Open-Air Cinema opened in 1958 but suspended its operations in 2013. Following comprehensive restoration work carried out by the Karabük Municipality, the historic venue reopened its doors on June 13, 2026.
