"From Roots to Future" Exhibition Opens to Visitors at Rami Library
Bringing together four different traditional and modern art disciplines, this special exhibition was presented to art enthusiasts as part of the Culture Route Festival.
Prepared by the Çınar International Culture and Art Association within the scope of the Turkey Culture Route Festival, the "From Roots to Future" exhibition has opened its doors at Rami Library.
Scope and Details of the Exhibition
Bringing together the arts of tile-making, stained glass, traditional felt, and flexible cold porcelain, the "From Roots to Future" exhibition will continue to welcome visitors until October 4.
Realized under the curation of Özgün Küçükkahraman Yazgan, the project offers approximately 40 works bearing the signatures of four artists to art enthusiasts.
Artists and Works
The exhibition features the works of tile artist Gül Camadan, stained glass artist İnci Çatal, traditional felt artist Nihal Hoşgel, and flexible cold porcelain artist Fatoş Sarpkaya.
The artists stated that they spent great patience and effort in the creation processes of their works, having prepared botanical sculptures and Istanbul-themed paintings.
Workshop Activities and Interest
Throughout the duration of the exhibition, various workshop activities will be held across four different art disciplines for a week.
Citizens showed great interest in the workshops organized within the scope of the Culture Route Festival, and application quotas were completely filled within a single day.
