GastroAntep Culture Road Festival Begins in Gaziantep
Starting in Gaziantep within the scope of the Turkey Culture Road Festival, GastroAntep events are hosting hundreds of art and gastronomy gatherings.
As the twenty-first stop of the Turkey Culture Road Festival in 2026, the GastroAntep Culture Road Festival officially began with a ceremony at the Zeugma Mosaic Museum.
Beginning and Scope of the Festival
The excitement of the GastroAntep Culture Road Festival has begun in Gaziantep, which is the 21st stop of the Turkey Culture Road Festival in 2026.
Experiencing festival excitement for the fourth time, the city continues to welcome visitors between October 3 and 11.
Event and Flavor Points
Throughout the festival, a broad cultural program is offered by holding a total of 246 events across 14 different venues.
Gaziantep's rich culinary culture is presented for visitors to explore through more than 70 Flavor Points.
Promotion of Cultural Values
All cultural values ranging from Zeugma's unique mosaics to Antep embroidery, and from kutnu weaving to coppersmithing, are included in the program.
Participation in the Opening Ceremony
The opening program of the event, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, took place with the dense participation of protocol members and art lovers.
Gaziantep Governor Kemal Çeber, Deputy Minister Nadir Alpaslan, and Mayor Fatma Şahin were present at the opening.
Rich Art Program
Throughout the festival, exhibitions, theater and stage performances, traditional art workshops, and talks are being organized.
The program also features special plays for children and widely attended concert events.
