GastroAntep Culture Road Festival Begins in Gaziantep
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Gaziantep, the festival will host numerous events for nine days.
The GastroAntep Culture Road Festival has started in Gaziantep, which is among this year's stops of the Turkey Culture Road Festival. Held between October 3 and 11, the organization welcomes visitors with its rich cultural program and local flavors.
Festival Opening Ceremony
The official opening of the GastroAntep Culture Road Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, took place at the historically and culturally significant Zeugma Mosaic Museum.
Participating Protocol
Gaziantep Governor Kemal Çeber, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Nadir Alpaslan, and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin attended the opening program.
Gaziantep deputies and Turkey Culture Road Festival General Director Selim Terzi also took part in the ceremony, sharing in the opening enthusiasm.
Scope of Events and Flavors
Throughout the nine-day festival, hundreds of events and exhibitions are presented to art lovers across a total of fourteen different venues.
Gaziantep's deeply rooted culinary culture meets festival visitors at more than seventy flavor points, bringing local tastes to the forefront.
Cultural Program and Concerts
The festival calendar includes theatrical performances, children's plays, informative talks, special workshops, and seven different exhibitions.
Free concerts by well-known names such as Bengü, Murat Boz, Kıraç, Buray, Simge, Özcan Deniz, Hakan Altun, Mert Demir, and Sefo are organized for visitors.
